You can begin your volunteering journey with SKS after attending an orientation in your city/chapter. Orientations are organised periodically and once you register on our website, we will notify you about the same. You can choose to attend open events in your city, emails for these will reach your inbox as & when they happen.
Orientations are organised only when there is a need for more volunteers in a particular city/chapter. This allows every volunteer to be engaged meaningfully towards our cause.
No, there is no such requirement.
Yes, on your request, a certificate of appreciation will be provided based on the quality and period of your volunteering.
We regret that we do not share the personal details of the beneficiaries with our donors. The money collected from our fundraising initiatives are pooled together, and then utilised among the programmes according to the needs and urgency. Your contribution does not get directed to a single beneficiary.
